SEVEN SHELLS MEDIA is an independent production company based in Sydney, Australia.
Specializing in live music advertising, SEVEN SHELLS has produced campaigns for international stars including Taylor Swift (US), De La Soul (US), Joe Nichols (US), Gary Allan (US), Corb Lund (Canada), Jack Ingram (US), Doc Walker (Canada) and Deana Carter (US); and local acts including Adam Harvey, Tommy Emmanuel, Steve Forde, Catherine Britt, Morgan Evans, Jasmine Rae, Mark Wells, the Aussies Walk the Line show and the Telstra Road to Tamworth competition.
SEVEN SHELLS has created many short documentaries and featurettes for rising music stars Morgan Evans, Mark Wells, Jasmine Rae, Newcastle rock trio Solver and Sydney ska-punk group The Flaming Lampshades.
In 2008, SEVEN SHELLS has branched out into music video production, with videos for Catherine Britt and Buddy Goode. Our video for Mark Wells - You're Still On My Mind - is current at Top 20 hit on the Country Music Channel.
Dramatic short films are an important part of the Seven Shells production output, including neo-noir projects CLOSURE and DAMAGED GOODS. DEVELOPMENT HELL is in production now, to be released early 2011.
2010 will see the release of Seven Shells Media's first audio drama - SCHOOL VARIATIONS, a re-imagining of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's immortal creation, Sherlock Holmes.
